Projects and Cost Management
- Propose Project Procedures to comply with Contract requirements
- Prepare special reports to the Client to investigate any problem related to the work and recommend solutions.
- Identify priorities and tasks، and develop the organization structure to assure execution of task to achieve the stated goals.
- Prepare the time schedule of the project and update it constantly during execution.
- Manage the Project Cost and prepare all related documents including Project Budget, Bill of Quantities, Cost Reports, Cost Estimate…etc.
- Advise the Client on any potential variation during the execution may generate cost or time impact and present the Project Management’s assessment.
- Assesses variations and claims and report the impact of the proposed changes to the Client.
